Shape The Future is an initiative to change the way that products and services are developed with your needs in mind. Too often, big name brands forget their consumers/service users/stakeholders.

This blog is one of two ways that you can engage with Shape The Future. The other way is to register with Shape The Future and join a network of people who will be invited to change the design of services around them over the coming months and years.
